We wash, cook, and grind the corn to then make each arepa by hand. And if that wasn’t hard enough, we slowly grill it to its final round form to keep its authenticity. We, at The Colombian Spot, are the only establishment that still makes arepas like back in the day! All our arepas have mozzarella cheese inside.
